February 11th is National Make a Friend Day!!! Everyone deserves to have a friend who supports them, motivates them and always has a lot of fun with them. So why not make a new friend today and grow your friend team? What is the best way you have found to make a friend?

Miss Catherine and Miss Gena had a lot of fun taping their clip for MCA-Tv's Public Awareness Weekend. Tune in on March 26th and 27th to learn more about what it is we do and who we serve.

Empowering students through education, engagement, and motion, while instilling important social emotional learning skills to help students thrive physically, mentally, socially and emotionally throughout their lifetime.  Our programs are for students from PreK through College.  

We use movement and music to:
   - Motivate students to become better teammates

   - Feel a sense of community
   - Heighten their self-esteem
   - Foster leadership
